Sorry for the rudeness - but everything will be bad.
The question is empty.
In this case, people go to the office and test, and do not write here without specifying any specifics.
Neither the type of DSL, on which the maximum speed in both directions depends, nor the length and resistance of the cable - on which the quality of the connection will depend.

What's stopping you from calculating? 64 kbps per 1 conversation. From here and dance how much the line can stretch, provided that it is not loaded with anything else.

For 1 voip client, you need about 128 kbps of both streams. So that surfing does not interfere, we set up qos.

When ADSL was at work, the most expensive tariff was 8 Mbps to us - 512 kbps from us, and it was impossible to raise the speed from Us, the same for all tariffs. VoIP has not yet been used, but a letter with scans took 10-15 minutes. It was very sad.
We switched to optics 10/10 - and immediately it became HAPPINESS.

To begin with, it is worth deciding what kind of xDSL is there. It may turn out that there is VDSL2 and the uplink will be 10-15Mbps.
