According to the link, the gateway does not support UMTS, it supports 3g CDMA Ev-Do.
In Russia, in my opinion, no one already works in this standard (previously the sky link worked), in Ukraine Intertelecom, Peoplenet, and MTS work in it (MTS connect 3g service)

Thank you, kind person. So the Chinese are lying. Did I understand correctly that the UMTS standard is based on W-CDMA ? According to the wiki, it turns out that UMTS can use the range from 1900-2100 MHz. This gateway seems to know the frequency of 1900 ... It is not clear about the Chinese gateway, some kind of inconsistency in the data in the description. UMTS is the commercial name for WCDMA technology.
It's worth watching something like this GSM , UMTS(WCDMA) , but the Czechs have a decent price tag...
