I use VLC all the time, and now I have one interesting idea - I wanted to watch both English and Russian subtitles at the same time. Can this be done somehow?

As an option for subtitles in text srt files, write a program that will combine two srt files with English and Russian subtitles into one. In such a way that both Russian and English lines are shown at each moment of time.
