Vkontakte OAuth2. What's wrong?

The first time access token comes + along with the code in get, the second time I request access token by code (reload the page) VK says:
[error] => invalid_grant
[error_description] => Code is invalid or expired.
All parameters are correct, I tried to reinstall the application
https:// oauth.vk.com/access_token?redirect_uri=[xxx]&client_id=[xxx]&client_secret=[xxx]&code=[xxx]

Everything is written here .
This code is one-time and can be used within 1 hour. To get a new access_token (and you don't need to get it again each time), you need to get a new code.
