How to implement work with VK Mini Apps without installing VK Bridge? On a bunch of PHP + JS.

I would like code examples:

1. User authorization (getting a user token?)
2. VKWebAppAllowNotifications
3. VKWebAppCallAPIMethod

I know that some things can be implemented on the standard VKontakte API.
