Vk groups not showing as xml?

Why does an error occur and vk groups are not shown in the form of xml. I typed https://api.vk.com/method/groups.search.xml?q=fcsm
in the address bar , and an xml file with groups should open, but it has some kind of error. Here are the links where I typed the url: https://vk.com/dev/api_requests https://vk.com/dev/groups.search
