Vk.com long-poll API incomprehensible event code?

Has anyone come across the strange code 101?
An example of a response when sending a message:

Here you can see that I get event 4, then 101. then 3.
4 and 3 is clear what it is, but what 101 means is not described in the documentation ( vk.com/pages?oid=-1&p=%D0%9F%D0%BE %D0%B4%D0%BA%D0%... )

Each message has a flag, a value obtained by summing any of the following parameters.
