VK API message limit

When I send a message I use messages.send how do I distinguish when a user forbade me to send him messages, and when it happened because of the limit of 20 messages to unfriends per day. When using the WEB version of VK, this generates various error messages, but when using the API, I did not find how to distinguish the returned error codes. Either way, error code 7.
