VK API. Is it possible to get the message id from a conversation via a group?

Is it possible somehow to get the message id from the conversation through the VK group?
Messages.getHistory is not available for calls on behalf of the community
. Is there any other way to get this id ?

Communities cannot receive message IDs in a conversation, maybe they will implement it later

Really get the id of the sent message (community>user(conversation))
