Greetings! I can't figure out what the problem is. There is a standalone application, there is access to group administration, but the method does not want to work. Tried both through open api and through php class.. The result is always the same - Access denied: no access to call this method .
Who faced? How can you decide?

In general, it turned out to be very simple - the callback url was specified not https://api.vk.com/blank.html , but the address of the script, because of which the application was considered not standalone and did not have the rights to execute the method.
