Visual Studio Nuget, why doesn't include work?

Hello, has anyone else experienced this? The project requires a boost, I installed it via Nuget, all the submodules are boosted, but the include stubbornly does not find the files, although they are in the packages subfolder. Of course, you can manually sit and prescribe everything, but this is clearly not normal. How to decide?

1>fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'boost/shared_ptr.hpp': No such file or directory

PS For some reason the boost didn't appear in Project References. I have reinstalled it 5 times already.
