Visual Studio fails to emulate android application?

Please tell me how to solve this problem:
I made an application for Android in VisualStudio (I did everything one-to-one as in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OE9gnhFrQZg) - in the video, the emulator launches the application, everything is visible, everything works . At first, I get a warning that the virtual device that I created will be launched without acceleration, then the black screen of the emulator and the assembly takes a very long time, I could only wait for the emulator smartphone desktop to appear, I did not see the application itself .. .. and everything is fast in the video... I have a good computer and a processor and 16 GB of RAM....
What am I doing wrong????

Check again that the Android SDK and emulator are installed correctly.

You probably don't have Intel HAXM (Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager) installed, how to do it read here:
