Visual Studio 2017. Need help with hotkeys. Off topic: freaking question mark?

Moved from JetBrains to Studio. Everything is fine, if it weren't for hell with hotkeys: there are 2 hotkeys for each action (Ctrl + K, Ctrl + Q), the necessary hotkeys are located in different parts of the keyboard, they are absolutely illogical and different in each version of the studio. Only because of this one wants to spit on all the benefits of the studio, tear down the fuck and sprinkle holy water on the room in which it was used.
Maybe there is at least an adequate cheat sheet for the studio? How many did not find in Google - half does not work, and the second half does not at all what is written.

There is. ReSharper in general for VS must-have.

I also switched from VS code with the IntelliJ IDEA layout to VS because I wanted to write on the pluses.
And it was also tin.
In general, I decided to go to the Vim side and installed the Vim plugin for VS.
Even the Vim layout seemed quite good from the start compared to the VS layout.
From Vim, I adopted only a couple of commands, because so far I didn’t need more and didn’t learn them much.
But in VS the Vim plugin was crooked and when I wrote wq (save and close) the encoding flied.
In general, I installed Clion, after the trial version is over I don’t even know what I will do))
Install the Vim plugin on VS and enjoy life.
