Visual studio 2015: Designer process terminated unexpectedly?

Good day!
For the third day I have been trying to find answers and fix the problem, reading all the tips on the Internet, but nothing works.
In VS 2015 I create a new project (Blank app, Universal Windows Application). The project is being created, everything is fine. When I click on the "MainPage.xaml" file, the designer starts loading and... crashes. The message "Designer process terminated unexpectedly" appears. Reinstalling VS and resetting settings didn't work.
Despite the fact that I installed VisualStudio 2015 Express for Windows 10 on my father's computer (especially for developing only universal applications) and everything works like clockwork there ...
