Visual admin without compromising the code - does it happen?

in the admin panel it turned out a lot of code - image tags, a couple of scripts, and so on. The customer said that it is inconvenient for him to work in such an admin panel, as he does not know programming.
visual editors, as I know, kill scripts, classes and many important parts of the code.
how to be then? what cms do you recommend?
I have it on wp. Maybe there are some plugins for it that are more loyal to the code?

The problem is not with the visual editor, but rather with the overall overload of the Wordpress interface.
There are many options, for example, converting to another CMS, or just being impressed by a simple minimalistic admin panel, for example, anchorcms.com is a simple and concise thing.
