Virtuozzo/OpenVZ 7. Cloud-init in containers?

The documentation mentions that you can run cloud-init in a container. But I did not find a mention of how to slip it there. In LXD, this is done elementarily, through the container configuration.
Has anyone faced this issue?
It is necessary to configure the network in Bridge Mode.
