VirtualBox - Failed to open a session for the virtual machine. What is the reason?

For the first time I tried to install an operating system on a virtual machine. The virtual machine was installed, turned on in the BIOS. I tried to install the system via iso, but the output gives the following error: I

thought maybe 10 was not installed, I tried to install 7 from the disk - the same thing.
