Virtual walk, what to do?

Guys, I put such tags, because I think you will be closer to what I will ask now.
I am a system administrator, and I don’t understand anything in modeling at all. We open a branch of the company, at first I was told to design the layout of everything in the building, ok I did it, visio works wonders. But now it turned out to be not enough, I don’t even know where to start. In general, you need something like a virtual walk around the building, not very cool, of course, but in order to get a general idea, for a presentation, how can this be done as simply as possible? I looked at screenshots and small videos, in visio 2013 you can do something like what we need with the 3D Visioner plugin, as I understand it, but is it possible to pile something dynamic out of this? Or can you advise something simpler, preferably with a set of models for the office. It is not necessary to control the mouse, just arrange virtual (?) cameras, as I understand it, and shoot this piece from a couple of angles.

Or navayut everything in some pro100 thread, and shoot the desktop.
