Hello!
You need a virtual machine with emulation of special devices. It is necessary to emulate: a virtual Wi-Fi module and so that one VM can create an access point and the other can connect to it, a Bluetooth module so that several VMs can see each other as via Bluetooth, a USB webcam that will not be related to a real camera and will broadcast to the VM everything that happens on the host (video + sound) and other similar devices! Advise VM with similar emulation, please!!!

There is no such emulator in nature. The maximum that can be done in this situation is to forward real devices to virtual machines. The simplest thing is to forward the usb device. Total output will need to have 2 usb-wifi, 2 usb-bluetooth, something like GC553 to capture sound and picture

"It doesn't happen" (C) Wizards. Emulate everything that is itself shoved into USB - there is no need when you can just throw it inside the machine.
