Virtual keyboard on iOS doesn't resize window?

There is a submission form. When input is focused on iOS, a virtual keyboard (hereinafter referred to as VK) opens and closes the "Submit" button. How to make it so that when opening VK, either the size of the window changes, or so that the form moves up?
