Virtual environment not working, what's the problem?

I've been learning Python/Django lately. Python and pip downloaded and working. I started watching Django videos from Oleg Molchanov. I start creating a virtual environment, after which I see errors. I couldn't find the answer on the rest of the internet. I hope for your help!

while in your Django directory just execute
MyVenv\Scripts\activate.bat
