Given:
1. Vipnet Client and Vipnet Business mail version 4.5
2. CryptoPro CSP 4.0 9963
3. Electronic signature carrier on a smart card (reader from Aladdin), the ES key was created using Cryptopro
4. The presence of a pincode on the ES carrier and a limited number of entry attempts

Problem: When signing outgoing letters in VipNet business mail using the functionality using a third-party certificate on the ES carrier, the pincode is blocked. As if vipnet ran the pincode several times incorrectly and, accordingly, the media was blocked. There are no saved pincodes, everything is entered separately each time. Signing documents in third-party applications does not lead to such a result, the pincode is not blocked. I don't even know where to dig. Google does not give answers, the infotex knowledge base does not. It is not possible to convert the key to use VipNet CSP, because this CA does not work with it, it is also impossible to choose another CA, this is a highly specialized certificate.
Who faced a similar problem or at least can tell in which direction to dig.
