VIN decoding - are there working services?
Good afternoon
I had a problem decoding VIN codes. google threw a bunch of bourgeois paid services, but 90% of them, as a result of the test, do not decrypt the required VIN. VIN is valid (Russian services without API decrypt it normally)
Actually, the question is - does anyone know a working service for decoding VIN codes.
In parallel - I wonder where the information comes from carinfo.kiev.ua - it looks like an uncombed Drupal with some kind of module
