Vimeo API upload video progress bar?

A user on the site can send an ajax video request to Vimeo account, where he shows the progress bar how much has been loaded, ideally with an approximate waiting time. There is a download plugin, there are a lot of them on the Internet, but then downloading to your server.

The second option, Resumable HTTP PUT uploads , uses the site's servers as I understand it, but I need to bypass and send the video directly to Vimeo without using my servers.

Any ideas how to do it?
