Vim + Tmux + Ubuntu 19.10 = 1 colorsheme?

Guys, tell me how you can set up a single color scheme (theme) in Tmux? Installed dracula in vim, figured out how to set up configs for correct display in Tmux. Stuck on setting up Tmux itself through the plugin download manager, downloaded the necessary theme, but it does not get up.
