View in browser sublime text 3 not working?

Good afternoon, please tell me what settings you need to set, since the view in browser does not work in sublime text 3. I downloaded it, then it says that it’s worth running the combination ctrl + alt + v, but it doesn’t work. and everything like
ctrl+alt+c, ctrl+alt+f, ctrl+alt+y doesn't work. Can anyone come across a similar please tell me how to solve. sublime text installed windows64. Maybe someone will throw a piece of their settings with a working yandex or google browser. Thanks in advance!
