Video card problem?

Hello, I bought a video card, I use it together with an integrated video card.
After installing a discrete video card, the computer began to freeze tightly (there is no blue screen, nothing is logged in windows logs) and 2 monitors go out (they are connected to a discrete video card) (the 3rd monitor that is connected to the integrated video card continues to display an image).
This happens randomly and only during the game (about once or twice a day)
GPU core temperature does not reach 75 degrees, VRM does not reach 95 degrees.
How to "debug" this problem?
