Video card drivers are not installed on ubuntu. What to do?

I can’t install drivers for the AMD Radeon R5 M230 video card , I downloaded it from the office. site .deb package but throws an error: Неразрешимая зависимость fglrx-core. How to solve this problem? I'm on Elementary OS 5.0 Juno based on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS.

sudo apt hold xserver-xorg-core xserver-common fglrx-core
