Video and audio out of sync in YouTube streams from OBS Studio?

I record small video clips (5-40 min.) for the YouTube channel as follows:
- I create a live broadcast on YouTube
- I start the broadcast on my computer in OBS Studio (I have a laptop 1364x768 - that's why the output stream is set to 1920x1080 in the OBS settings - it gives pseudo HD 1080p on YouTube)
- I start broadcasting on YouTube
- I record a video, I stop
it - I cut everything unnecessary if necessary directly on YouTube in the Video Manager, sign the video and publish it on the channel.
Until recently, everything was ok, and lately, by the end of the video, after 20 minutes of its duration, a desynchronization between video and sound began to appear , in particular, the picture does not keep up with the sound.
Where to look? What to do? Where to dig? ))

Make sure your frame rate is not variable (not VFR). Put, for example, 30 or 60. Most of the OOS are his fault.
What are you waiting for? H.264? On the processor or video card?

You can put a delay filter on where it doesn’t lag behind , as an option, but both of these things will have a delay, that is, what lags behind by default, and also where the filter is.
