Video ads in Android app, options?

Hello! Interested in such a way to monetize applications as video advertising. How I see this case:
The application has a banner and cross-screen advertising;
There is a button "Remove ads", by clicking on it - the user is given a choice of 2 options:
1) Remove forever for $;
2) Remove for 6/12/24 hours for watching a video (15-20 seconds);
And here the question arises - do they pay for just watching a video, without clicks? What service to use?
I found www.leadbolt.com/app-monetization, but everything is somehow muddy there, very short descriptions, without details. It is not clear what they are paying for.
