Viber banned mere mortals from publishing bots?
I installed the package https://github.com/Bogdaan/viber-bot-php and wanted to create a bot that would duplicate messages from order forms and feedback on the site in viber managers. Having created a bot, I discovered that it is not available via a direct link. "This account does not exist or has been removed." It's completely unclear how to publish the bot.

Sorry, I forgot to post here. For the use of the bot by a known circle of people, publication is not required. You can share the bot using a qr-code. The Viber application has the corresponding functionality. Thanks for the information to the user Dimano from Habr.
The algorithm for setting up notifications from the site is debugged and works correctly. Moreover, at the moment Viber is the only popular messenger that allows you to send notifications from Russia to users without crutches. Let me remind you that Telegram requires a proxy, and a public Whatsapp account costs space money (from $3,000).
