I did CRM to work with agents, it came to communication with them, I decided to follow a simple path to keep in touch with agents through a viber chat bot. The choice fell naturally on Bogdaan/viber-bot-php, but now I don’t understand how to recognize a user registered in the vibe chat bot and entered into CRM (phone number, etc.). Since api can return the id in encrypted form, and the login entered during registration in viber, even the phone number to which it was registered cannot be obtained. Question - how to be?

I answer my own question. Tk CRM cloud form the link CRM.ru/user-id/xx, transfer it to the user. On the server, the handler reads $event->getSender()->getId() and $event->getSender()->getName() and writes to the database to the user table and redirects to the chat. Everything is simple.
