VestaCP reboot issue, how to fix?

There was such a problem with Vesta.
Stands on Debian 7
I decided to change the port of Vesta to 8080 and attach it to a subdomain.
The instruction was taken from here The service hangs on port 8083. How can I access this service using a subdomain?
could not enter the pu. because there is no access to port 8083, so I tried to do everything through the files
, as a result, when I rebooted the vest, I got this error

First you need to change the configuration of vesta , nginx and Apache2 , because
A also has many more.
After making changes to the service configurations and creating a rule in iptables, you can try again.
You can use a subdomain without a port.
