Varnish won't let you login to wp-login (cookie error)?

I found out the reason - this is varnish = if I turn it off, it immediately allows me to go to the admin panel. And with it - writes a cookie error and does not allow to enter.
How to fix it? (if using alternate path / instead of ~ "wp-(login|admin)"
