1. How do you usually give names to variables: valutaPerevoda or currencyTransaction?
2. In what language do you write comments in the program?
3. In what encoding do you keep UTF-8 or 1251 sources?

2. I have not seen comments in Russian. Even in projects with Russian-language documentation. One of the reasons is just the fear of problems with encoding
