Validation of the Contact-form-7 form after closing the window, why?

There are buttons on the site that open the form, if it is not filled out and send it, a warning pops up under the inputs so that the fields are empty, but by pressing the button nothing happens, I close the modal window with the form, opening it again and it works, what could be the problem and how solve it?

The first snapshot is the first window opening and clicking submit nothing happens.
And the second screen after closing the form and opening it back, everything works.
