Valid application for VK API messages?

Urgently need to organize a bot from your account (not from a group).
Once I did an implementation on EasyVK, but the work with messages failed. The reason turned out to be funny - the VK API by default does not give applications access to messages, it still needs to be achieved:

Actually, knowing how quickly VK support responds, I trampled my mouth waiting for their response for weeks, I just need an application with access to the message section.
Since I receive the Access_token from my side and from my URL, I know that the owner of the application cannot get access.

Are there any ways to get such an application?) Or in some other way, except for any puppeteer?

If I understand correctly, then you just need to send messages to someone from your page through the VK API?
then as an application, you can use the official VK applications
