UUID return leading digits?

Good day. Until recently, the site worked using an ordinary id. Now I'm converting everything to use uuid, but there was a problem.
Let's say there are 2 users:
The first when calling id instead of 03affbb1-749e-4ef9-88d3-b69398e14149 returns 3
The second when calling id instead of 110296f0-2f97-11e9-a44a-615103b21a9 returns 110296
What could be the problem and how to fix it
