Using Visual Studio Community 2017 in the workplace?

Can I use VS Community 2017 at my workplace if:
1. The number of employees is more than 250 and the turnover is more than $1kk
2. I am going to use it for myself (training) for NOT commercial purposes. The source code will be open (on github).
