Users who reposted a Facebook post?

Hello! I recently started learning programming. I want to try to parse social posts. Facebook networks. For starters, at least try to extract information about the users in the post (user-IDs). Can you tell me some library for beginners? Or can someone describe this process step by step (where to start)? Thanks in advance!
