User registration in vp only by email?

There is a function in wookomerc
1) allow registering a user when placing an order 2
) when creating an account, automatically generate a name / login from email and password

how to do it as a standard when registering not from the checkout window but when entering the site
the user entered an email and went on about his business to the site (and the system sent him a generated login and password by mail)
