Does the rating (not the one according to Habr) depend on the user's activity (commenting, writing new topics)? Just yesterday my rating was 9, today it has halved. At the same time, no one minus minus (you can be the first).

As I understand it, everything is simple. Previously, the rating (habrasila) was calculated:
rating = number_karma + n*number_pluses_per_topics_and_comments
Now:
rating = 0.5*number_karma + n*number_pluses_per_topics_and_comments

Users' Habrasil is calculated based on the results of the last 50 days (don't ask why) and gradually "melts".
