User management php lib - a library for working with users, what are they?

Good day to all.
There was a need to use a standalone user management library (previously used uflex https://github.com/ptejada/uFlex but its development was stopped and there is no support for fresh versions of php) and do not completely pull Lavarel \ YII and so on.
Required functionality:
- creating a new user
- changing the password
- checking contacts (something like a verification code - if(verif($userID,$code)){} )
- disconnecting a user (no need to delete)

I really want something simpler than UserFrosting - no design, etc.

Can anyone tell me what are there? not to write your bike.

FusionAuth was taken
as the most adequate API and normal documentation

I would have written on Lara for a long time, than to go looking for "without frameworks".
Frameworkphobia is a disease that needs to be treated.
