Please tell me how can I implement a simple thing, I move a div with a drugable and all users who have opened the same site see how the div moves?
Needed for web-pvp games on canvas.

Catch events and send data via web sockets.

Unfortunately, I can't afford a dedicated IP, the plan is too expensive and without it I can't use the web Sockets protocol, are there alternatives?
