User Agreements, Legal Terms

In what legal framework should a site accept payment, for example, via SMS from A1Pay, exist? Is it possible to accept payment just like that for an individual, with a transfer to WM without organizing an LLC? In theory and in practice. And what conditions or agreements (as it is customary to put in the footer) on the site must be posted in one case or another?

Subtlety: the site provides intermediary services, such as a freelance exchange, but accepts money.

If possible, a detailed answer, but few people have time, so I will be grateful at least for links where to read specifically about this.

Thank you.

Theoretically and practically in our reality, you can accept at least for a fictional character, but if you still want to not have any problems with fiscal and law enforcement agencies due to one negligent client, then you need to accept for any legal entity or individual entrepreneur. Taking simply on you as an individual without paying taxes would be illegal business. Thus, you should register as an individual entrepreneur, at least from the individual entrepreneur, already make a user agreement for the provision of intermediary services (agent services).
Unfortunately, according to the text of the agreement, everything here is purely individual, so I don’t presume to suggest - this is the business of lawyers and accountants.
