USB socket - automatic?

In connection with the upcoming renovation, I would like to put a special USB-socket in each room. But U-Socket is only suitable for American plugs, and cheap Chinese counterparts do not automatically disable the USB port when there is no load. There are options with a switch, but this is not at all suitable (for convenience, this will not differ in any way from a charger).
Tell me, is there something similar to U-Socket but for euro plugs?

And I'm still waiting for the announcement of Zaryadkus and technical specifications.

I wrote to the manufacturer - is it possible to use their sockets with a voltage of 220 V. I will try to remake the non-European connector or use another socket.

Stop!
What do you want to achieve?
Saving electricity? - Well, the energy does not leak into the air, except for the heating of the elemental base. In principle, your idea cannot work completely automatically - to determine the presence / absence of a load, you still need to supply low-voltage power.
