USB modem -> ethernet

Are there any simplest and cheapest devices in nature for connecting an LTE modem from Yota to it and issuing Internet over a twisted pair cable?
And then I do not quite like Yota compatible routers.

over twisted pair, this will be the router. Here's Wi-Fi at least ...

I use Dir-412
in 2 places, they even support permanent Internet for local area networks of 10 computers.
there is also TP-LINK TL-MR3020
and if you need more functionality TP-LINK TL-MR3420 .
Specify if necessary.
