There are 5 categories of services in total. But one category has service referrals.
The task is to display everything in a standard way, Bitrix displays the categories of services in the menu, and when the user is already in the category, it displays the element.
But it is necessary for the category where there is one service, so that the service opens immediately. Bitrix does not allow this, at least out of the box.
It goes without saying that simply making a catalog of services will not work, because you still need one as a category.
It was decided to make a link alias, for example
RewriteRule ^/uslugi/usluga1-category$ /uslugi/usluga1-category/usluga1/ [L]
But this is ignored, apparently because Bitrix processes links in /bitrix/urlrewrite.php Bitrix
