Upwork IP on a patent in Modulbank, do you use Elba or an accountant from Modulbank?

I wanted to use Elba for accounting, at the Economy rate, but I noticed that Elba only works with Premium accounts with foreign currency accounts, and it costs 18,000 a year.
At the same time, Modulbank offers an accountant for 9000, for those who have a simplified tax system + PSN.
What do you use?

I have USN + PSN, accounts in the module, and accounting in Elba at an economy rate. There are no problems with currency accounts.

The issue resolved itself as we expected after the completion of the trial period in Elba.
I paid the "economy" tariff for 4900 per year and this is what I see in my personal account:
It's a pity - now either pay extra up to 18000 per year, or ask for a refund and go to another service.
I spoke with Modul-bank regarding bookkeeping for them.
They called, they said:
9000 - basic tariff
+2000 - "accounting" of the patent!
It turns out that 18k a year for the fact that the exchange rate difference is calculated several times a year to give away is somehow stupid ...

As of December 2019, currency accounts in Elba are only for Premium and Business. There is no support for foreign currency accounts on the economy.
