Uploading goods to the site via API or just a good parser?

Hello everyone, I don’t know how to program so well, but I need to upload products to the site on Magento 2 via API or parse. Only 3 sources each with 20,000 thousand products.
Option 1 to import via API is not my case.
Option 2 Parse from 3 closed files. But the sites have an entrance and it will not work to create a normal task.
I ask for help and advice.

My advice is to go freelancing and post a task to create a php script that will parse and import products. And do not skimp on the price, your task, although typical, is dreary, since after parsing all three sources, you will need to somehow work out and combine the information, with the removal of duplicates.
